At Hebe Watch our "passion for time" stretches back over more than a century. As a result the excellence of our watchmaking products has gained wide international recognition.
Hebe Watch came into existence in the Arc Jurassien region of Switzerland - the cradle of the country’s watchmaking industry - in 1900 to be precise, in the form of a small watchmaking workshop set up by a watchmaker and assembler called Constant Périat and based in the little market town of Alle.

The founder’s son, Gilbert Périat took over the management of the little watchmaking factory specialising in "private label" products and during the 1950s he purchased the Hebe watch brand, whose products he went on to promote all over the world, selling thousands of copies mainly in America and China. The Hebe Watch SA watchmaking company has been in the hands of Héribert Périat, the founder’s grandson, since 1980.

The strong demand for mechanical watches in the 90s encouraged Hebe Watch to concentrate on this area of watchmaking, and at the same time he diversified the company’s production with specific models, personalised to commemorate special occasions or for promotional purposes. At the same time the brand has built itself a fine reputation in the field of pocket watches with special engravings.

In addition to the wristwatch, Hebe Watch also offers more sophisticated models, such as its steel case chronograph with its daring architecture, or the mechanical 24-hour watch whose dial clearly shows the hours of both the day and the night.

With all the watchmaking know-how gained over more than a century in the business, maintained and developed by various generations of loyal, highly qualified employees who receive their training within the very fabric of watchmaking in the Jura region, Hebe Watch has succeeded in positioning itself on the worldwide mechanical watch market by means of exemplary dynamism and inventiveness.

Hebe Watch is now aiming to expand its range and give the brand fresh impetus, offering new collections designed to meet the needs of the international watchmaking market even more effectively.

The brand produces these models taking full advantage of the new creative opportunities offered by the cutting edge technologies available in the third millennium, both in terms of using and processing materials and of manufacturing techniques, where the watch designer’s traditional know-how, insight and spirit of invention are always brought into play.
